### SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Emporium Of Everything. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
**1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME**
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Β
*Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.*
**2. MULTI-PRODUCT ORDERS (IMPORTANT)**
Because we offer a wide variety of items, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment centers.Β
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
**3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
* Β **Standard Shipping:** 3-7 business days β $8.99 or Free over $50
* Β **Expedited Shipping:** 1-3 business days β $14.99
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.*
**4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
We do ship internationally.Β
we currently ship to the following countries: all 27 EU member states Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and more.Β
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Emporium Of Everything is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
**5. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?**
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.Β
If you havenβt received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Emporium Of Everything with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
**6. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES**
Emporium Of Everything ships to addresses within the United KIngdom, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, with the exception of oversized items.
**7. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
**8. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES**
Emporium Of Everything is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
